When I am behind the camera, I always try to keep it simple. Regardless of what I am shooting, I simply want to create a product that is authentic, meaningful, and engaging.

authentic - capturing true spirit and emotion

meaningful - creating something that carries and communicates deep, unique meaning

engaging - capturing moments and telling stories that captivate and inspire

I have always had a camera in my hand. I was the kid running around the neighborhood with a disposable camera, snapping photos faster than Walgreens could develop them. When I got my hands on a Flip camera, no one at any family gathering was safe. I grew attached to the sentimentality offered through media.

I began to grow especially attached to the creative process of shooting and editing videos. One of my favorite parts about videography is creating a meaningful and engaging experience that provokes emotions and sparks memories. Wedding videography allows me to pursue the creative process with these goals in mind for each and every couple that I work with.

Also, I think marriage is pretty cool…

Choosing to spend the rest of your life with someone is a huge deal. The miraculous gift of marriage is worth celebrating! The celebration is worth capturing. Every detail, every moment, every emotion…a wedding film might not do it justice, but I’ve got to say it is pretty darn close.
